Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and PrepIt LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. PrepIt provides business operations software for scheduling, task management, employee operations, and business management.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PrepIt website, web app, Apple app, or related services, you agree to these Terms. If you use PrepIt on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that business.

2. Accounts and User Responsibility

You are responsible for your account, login credentials, workspace activity, and the information entered by you or users you invite. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep access to PrepIt secure.

If you manage an organization, shop, or team inside PrepIt, you are responsible for making sure you have authority to add users, manage employee records, and use workplace data in the service.

3. Beta and Early Access

Some PrepIt features may be offered as beta, pilot, or early access features. These features may change, be incomplete, or be unavailable at times. We appreciate feedback, but we are not required to implement suggestions.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Paid plans, if offered, may be billed on a subscription basis. Pricing, billing cycles, renewal terms, and cancellation details will be shown at purchase or in a separate written agreement. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

We may suspend or limit access for unpaid fees, failed payments, misuse, or violation of these Terms. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Customer Data

Customer data remains customer data. PrepIt does not claim ownership of the business, employee, schedule, task, inventory, recipe, timekeeping, or operational data that customers enter into the service.

You give PrepIt LLC permission to use customer data as needed to provide, secure, support, maintain, and improve the service, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.

6. PrepIt Ownership

PrepIt LLC owns the PrepIt software, platform, design, code, workflows, documentation, brand, trademarks, and related intellectual property. These Terms do not give you ownership of PrepIt or permission to copy the platform except as needed to use the service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse PrepIt. This includes no illegal use, scraping, reverse engineering, unauthorized access, interference with the service, security testing without permission, abuse of public forms, or attempts to disrupt or copy the platform.

8. Service Changes and Availability

PrepIt may change, improve, remove, or update features over time. The service may also have downtime for maintenance, updates, outages, or issues outside our control. We work to keep PrepIt reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability.

9. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create security or legal risk, fail to pay required fees, or if continued access is not commercially or legally practical. You may stop using PrepIt at any time.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

PrepIt is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, PrepIt LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, PrepIt LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, arising from or related to your use of PrepIt.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through PrepIt, by email, or by updating the effective date on this page. Continued use of PrepIt after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
