2. Accounts and Workspace Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account or workspace. If you create, manage, or invite other users into an organization or shop, you are responsible for ensuring you have authority to do so.
3. Subscription and Billing
Paid features, if offered, may be billed on a subscription basis. Billing cycles, pricing, and renewal terms will be presented at the time of purchase or in a separate commercial agreement. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. This includes attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the integrity or performance of the Service, reverse engineering the Service except where prohibited by law, or using PrepIt in violation of applicable law.
5. Analytics and Site Disclosures
We improve our products and advertising by using Microsoft Clarity to better understand how visitors use our website. By using our site, you agree that we and Microsoft may collect and use data as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or if continued service is not commercially feasible. Certain provisions, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, survive termination.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
PrepIt is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall PrepIt Co or its affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
