PrepIt LLC operates the PrepIt website, web app, Apple app, and related software services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to customers and users.

Business and workspace information. Customers may enter shop or business details, schedules, tasks, checklists, employee records, roles, time entries, tips, recipes, inventory, training records, notes, and other operational data needed to run their business in PrepIt.

Usage and device data. We may collect browser type, device type, IP address, log data, pages viewed, product activity, diagnostic information, and analytics data to operate, secure, and improve PrepIt.

Payment and subscription data. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. PrepIt does not directly store full payment card numbers. We may store basic billing records, plan status, invoices, and subscription information.

Support and contact messages. If you contact us, request a demo, ask for support, or send feedback, we collect the information you choose to share in that message.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and maintain PrepIt, manage accounts and workspaces, support scheduling, task management, employee operations, business management workflows, billing, customer support, security, product improvement, analytics, and legal compliance.

We may also use information to troubleshoot issues, prevent misuse, communicate service updates, respond to requests, and understand how customers use PrepIt so we can make the product better.

PrepIt uses necessary cookies and similar technologies to operate the website and app, keep users signed in, protect accounts, remember sessions, and provide core product functionality. These cookies are required for the service to work properly.
